day 4

So its day 4.. So far so good.. Still have this crawling sensation on my skin periodically tho..

Stay strong toni, 4 days is great and you are probably getting close to turning the corner on the initial/acute withdrawal phase. I know the first week was hell for me but it absolutely gets better!

I'll second what Scott said and congrats on day 4. The first 10 days was terrible for me so hang in there. It is so worth the effort you put in and most definitely gets better.

Great job on 4 days!

Sounds par for the course IMO. For me it was jitters, night sweats, and a bounding heartbeat. I'd also get winded easily. It goes away.

Hang in there. You're clearing the first hurdle.

Thanks guys an yes I have been winded as well. Hopefully in the next few days I'llbe pass this faze.
