Mera, have faith that you can do this. And, you must do this. Things will get worse if you don't, for sure.

You're stronger than you give yourself credit for Mera. You're here with us, you know that you want to quit drinking, you know doing that one thing will improve you, your life, your everything.
You are strong enough to take a stand for yourself.
Tomorrow is a new day, take advantage of it. Define how you want your day to be and make it happen. One day at a time.
If anyone asks you if you want a drink, keep the answer simple. "No thanks, I'm good". I had to use that one line three times this past Saturday at the beach and no one questioned my reasoning even slightly.
Be good to yourself Mera. You can do this.
