day 7!

Day 7 one week later. Fridays is when i always drank and did hard drugs til the early hours of saturday morning but last night i turned my phone off and went to bed. I have been really tired lately ...i get alomost 11 hours of sleep. Anyone that has beem sober..where you very tired your first week?
Besides that i have stomach aches here amd there but i feel better. I am on my way to the beach at the moment i want to be able to do things and keep my mind positive. Gonna relax on the beach i find the water peaceful.
I hope everyone has a great weekend. Enjoy

Congratulations, rickpat, on 7 great sober days.

Fatigue plagued me for a while followed by lethargy which hung around for about 6 months until it slowly began to dissipate; bottom line, though, the beauty and joy of sobriety which I now know was worth the effort.

Enjoy the beach today.

Congrats on one week! I most definitely was very tired the first couple of weeks, but it's better now (day 65).

Enjoy your time at the beach and thanks for checking in!

A week is a great achievement ! For me that was the hardest week and you've cracked it, well done. All the physical stuff should start to calm very soon and lots of sleep just now can only be a good thing, your body needs to heal. Great.
