New to the group
Folks I'm new to the group and ready to make the change. I found this sight last year when googling some symptoms I was having. Been lurking ever since.
Long story short, I'm an alcoholic Binge drinker since I was 16 years old. In the last 17 years, I've had a few 90-120 day sober periods, but I tend to drink each and every weekend. I've gone on a few 5 day hard benders, and even a 14 day "Moderated" bender. My last real period of sobriety was 60 days after binge watching "Intervention" and Leaving Las Vegas.
Look foword to contributing and I'll share more once I learn my way around.
