Something I forgot about
 

I almost had myself talked into buying myself some beer. I had a talk w myself....got soda milk and welsh cookies instead......I figured I would get this stuff for my kid.....anyway once I got in the store and saw the sweet aisle.....I actually forgot about the beer until I was driving home. That's exactly how I want stop drinking to be like.....something that doesn't enter my mind.

There is no such thing as soda milk......I think! I meant I picked up both of those bad boys. Welsh cookies......are flat......round....bout the size of a child's Palm.....not to sweet......they have currants in them I think....and are good w tea. Not everywhere has them but this place always does.....and they didn't have an apple pie just cherry and blueberry so I got cookies!

When I was thinking about getting beer I was wondering....they say you make the decision to drink 3 days in advance of the act.......I was like.......when did I decide that.....I knew nothing of this yesterday. That's when I started talking to myself about self care.
