Maybe it's time to revisit your recovery plan Grok?

I tested my sobriety many times and drank again - but I did nothing with that information for many many years.

I talk about 'sobriety muscles' a lot - you never go in and lift 300 lbs straight off - you work up to it.

Learn your lessons from this...mebbe work on those muscles a little more?

Dee thank you so much for this.I have never set a plan, goals yes usually set too high, so failure ensues and that usually only leads to one disastrous path.

Timing of this is perfect as I start my day 2.

Thanks
