I'm so sorry that you're hurting but there is no need at all to be ashamed. We're all here for you. Alcohol only increases the anxiety and depression. Life is so much better without that poison. You can do this!

I appreciate your honesty littlebear. That's something to feel good about, especially when you feel there does not seem to be much to feel good about right now. Be persistent, keep trying, stay close to SR.

There is a better life out there waiting for you. I hope you'll make tomorrow a fresh start for you. I'm glad you were honest with us. I hope you'll give yourself a break and give sobriety another chance. Don't quit before the miracle happens. We're here for you, littlebear.
