Meltdown today :(
My shrink & neurologist appointment is next week. But today I just couldn't keep it together ... Started hyperventilating heart raced, I was alone freakin'!!!
EMTs came, talked me "down" once I focused my breathing came together my brother started texting me to focus my breathing. So I ended up laying here breathing & texting.

Did you manage to keep sober Dennis? You have helped me before I am on day two. Hope you feel better tommorow (unsure of timezones). I feel grim too not trying to compare, just feeling good as well staying im there for day three. Tough times equals tough people in the end.

But yes sober; I know it won't help in the long run drinking; I could see that just from the EMTs talking to me asking me questions.. It's just been a rough week.
Banged my nose Saturday, so Sunday for Father's Day, of course that was the first question ... But nope, not to mention I was medicated for Sunday. Cause allot of relatives were there I hadn't seen in like 10+ years. Since before I moved to Boston.
I quit going to family functions to avoid the anxiety & or drink. So its just been way too much for me ...
