You can make this happen; you have to....the stakes are too high not to.

Perhaps you need In Patient help, or AA...REACH OUT. Do whatever it takes to get the help you need.

I hear your pain Dave. There is a way out out of that prison basement 1 hour, 1 day at a time. You have made a start by your psychiatristina appointments and contacting SR, keep posting and reading other posts and threads - there is help and support there and you will not have to be as isolated as you avatar.

The great news is that you don't have to feel the way you are feeling right now. Do not believe the lie that you can't get sober. Listen to that good voice inside you telling you need to get help.
