Hi all
Can you guys point me to a book or online links where I can read about creating a plan or guides you how to be prepared and lookout for urges and cravings when starting a quit plan. Thanks

For me it was all about changing things up, whatever it is do something different, doesn't have to be big, go for a walk, log into SR etc etc, add more as the days go on and before you know it a plan will have evolved!!
The goal is to not drink, if the plan provides that then you're on the right track!!
