One week

One week sober today.

Ups and down. Lows and highs. Just trying to get through this again.

Emotional roller coaster. One minute Im on top of the world. The next moment Im not. Ive had some good moments tho. Some smiles and some laughs and some realizations that I otherwise would not have if I was drunk.

My first week of sobriety was much the same as yours, jryan.

Emotions all over the place. Thankfully, the longer I was sober the more balanced, I became.

Keep up the great work!
