Came Here Briefly Before, Back Again
 

Hi all! About two years ago I made this account while I was struggling to stop drinking. I was able to go about 18 months or so sober afterwards, however about 6 months ago I began drinking again and it has become a serious problem since. Thought I'd just make a post in here again, since I'm basically a newcomer still.

When I did first come here, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice all of you were. So, I hope to get to know you all, and to get some help with my addiction :)

Welcome back Soltokiwi... So nice to see that you started posting again.. This is beginning of the thought process, which will lead you to freedom.... How about, making some plans ? Just hang in here... Lots of ideas and support.. Keep reading and keep posting..

Glad you're back, sholtokiwi. Becoming a regular visitor and contributor here has been an important part of my recovery. It built accountability to myself and to others. There's a lot of power in the simple act of one alcoholic helping another. Hope to see you checking in and contributing often!

I also recently came back, my longest stretches of sobriety were during pregnancy and nursing. I had a little over ninety days almost two years ago and then returned to drinking wine. I thought I could have a glass or two in the evenings, of course it turned out to be a bottle or two instead. I have 31 days now and I am grateful for all of the support here! Keep posting and reading.:-)
