Every single one of these messages mean a lot to me. I come back here each day to read them for inspiration & know that I'm not alone.

I have people out there who truly " get me " you either have been through it , going through it or has a family member going through it.

Without your support I would never have entertained rehab.

Sometimes it's really hard to be honest here , but if I'm not honest to you guys , then I'm actually lying to myself.
It can be really embarrassing and excruciatingly painful when we lay it all out on the table. But it is what it is .

Wouldn't you have thought I would have known better after that hangover from hell...

If only it were that simple ..sigh

If this helps one other person then it's worth it.

Don't give up, Snoozy! You have it in you to beat this- you can do it. Use whatever resources you need. Life is so precious, and sadly I've known too many people that didn't begin to appreciate that fact until their own lives were at an end. Don't be like that! Embrace life now and do everything you can to live it sober.
