Thank you for this. As I'm struggling to get sober, I keep arguing with myself. "I hate drinking, want to be healthy" then a little voice comes in, "it's okay to drink and have fun" and round and round I go.

Thanks for the reminder. I'm choosing not to drink today. This is hard.....
