Welcome, you’re in a great part of the world but at a miserable part of life with alcohol dictating what and how we respond to life situations.

You’ve got to determine your bottom is as far as you will go and at all cost stop drinking now. Procrastination is deadly for us as too many don’t make it for the long run.
Try to understand that if we don’t have that first drink one day at a time in a row we won’t have to TRY to get sober AGAIN.

Sorry you hit the bottom. Get sober with our help and you won't need to hit a new low. Bottoms can keep increasing, unless you yank the plug and decide enough is enough.
