Hi, Jeff- Really glad you are sticking around. I'm about a month or so in.

I know everyone says it- it keeps getting better. But,- it does. Now that I haven't been drinking I can't believe how much better I am mentally feeling.

You are doing great- congrats on 17 days!!!
