OK, OK, so Sobriety didn't resolve my Genetically-determined Jerk_a_tude.

Via Text, I hear our Open House today totally smoked! Great turnout that started right at the Opening Bell of 10 AM. More Showings scheduled on line for tomorrow.
Up here Helen Gone in the Rockies, it's been a fab day. Our Dog went nuts when he heard a Stranger wandering around on our Deck. Turns out it was a nice Couple interested in buying this Joint. They were early for an Appt., and we never got notice they were even stopping by. The Wifey half is also a Realtor. I gave them the House Tour, and she graciously told me I knew more than any Realtor ever could. I have been known to get pretty enthusiastic about stuff, now Sober. We'll hear from them in a few weeks either way.
Almost as much fun was this stunning Lightning Show that blew through from a 'safe' ~1.5 Miles away. Sat out on the Deck pictured up-Thread here, and watched in awe. Lightning zapping dry Pine Trees is never comforting, but whatcha gonna do? Thunder up here line-of-sight really smacks you in the Sternum, and is not the fav sound of our Pooch.
We hiked up Creek-side into Forest last logged >100 years ago. It's so dense and mossy, you'd think you're in Oregon somewhere. Stupor kewl!

Happy birthday, Bimini!! Yes, my mother is a lovely woman, as are you. must be a Gemini thing
Son and I back from dinner. It was good. A little Italian place that had a feel like if I were strolling some back street in non tourist Italy, that's the trattoria I'd find. We had cupcakes at my parents and the bday cake I brought will be used Monday on my daughter's bday. My baby will be 7. Eek!!!
Common theme seems to be cats to vet. I need to get mine there. Need shots. Them, not me.

Was wondering about the beer, Saoutchik. While tinnitus is annoying, I've heard, I'm glad it's only driving you berserk and not to drink. Hopefully sleep will help. I thought it was a bit early/late for you. Wee hours of the morning.

Morning all , odd being alone at the weekend in an empty house . Just got on with pottering about doing nothing much ..
With my sobriety elements can drop out and i find i'm comfortable as long as i keep over 50% of the normal routine going ..
Just made fresh coffee in a plunger coffee pot , haven't done that in years … started having instant after my blood pressure scare before i got sober …slurp !
hmm don't like this particular blend .. back to instant i think, maybe i'm used to it now ..
Gonna go have a think about dinner and keep unpacking clothes ( giving em a good clean and once over before i bring them in the house )
