Just checking in - It's been a while
 

I hope everyone is doing well today :) I am on day 2 again. Reading posts on SR and studying a book on addiction that I bought a while back but only read a couple chapters of. Also went back to my old posts on SR and refreshed my memory on how down I was when I went to treatment and how happy and healthy I felt when I completed treatment. I need to keep up with refreshing my memory with all of that and knowing how hard it was on my family and how supportive and loving they were through that tough time - I don't want to repeat that!!

Don't be afraid to map out a recovery plan or try something new. even if it means you need to go outside your comfort zone a little..
