Day 13
 

Can't believe the change in the way I feel in 13 days. I'm not saying the "miracle" has happened, I just feel a lot better. Physical withdrawal is over. Not so depressed. Self-loathing reduced. Feeling hopeful. Really grateful for the last 13 days. Going to a meeting tomorrow. Meeting with my sponsor on Thursday to work on step one. Looking forward. Thank you God!

Sounds like you're on the right path, Girlie928. It's amazing how quickly we start feeling better when we stop putting massive amounts of poison in our bodies day after day, isn't it? Congrats on day 13!
