I had the best physical therapy slash massage today. This guy isngood.
1500 rubles for almost two hours. Tried to break my shoulder and I thought he was gonna rip out my knee caps. I was tapping out a few times. No pain no gain.

I felt great after. One more session in the morning.

I had an unpleasant drinking dream last night and woke up disturbed. It took me half an hour or so to shake it off.

We have gone to visit the Musee design Beauchamp-Arts in Tours off to hotel soon.

Going to watch a bit of pit action tomorrow at Le Mans.

Drinking dream. Yes, unpleasant but still a dream. When I read the post initially I skimmed it and thought "oh, no!!!" because I thought it said "unpleasant night drinking". Guess I need to pay more attention.

Midweek. Sun is splitting the sky here. Can't wait to have our own back garden. Went to an intersting talk today and meet up with some people I used to work with years ago. Feel reinvigorated.

Mrs B has gone into work for her last ever shift before move. Glad she is leaving. Never trust a restaurant that does not feed its own staff.

Yesterday I got my shoulders sunburned at the beach. Maybe today I'll buy new walking/trail shoes.

What to do today? Zoo? Nah, too late. I already did some laundry - cat puke on my sheets and comforter. Had a BLTA and a side of watermelon for brekkie. I need to get some kind of exercise that doesn't end with more sunburn.

You'd think I'd know - I grew up in Florida and many a giggle was given to red tourists.

bah. It's 90 degrees here today with bright sunshine. I'm not a big fan of the heat. But, the temps are supposed to drop after today and will be more seasonable. Still warm. But I won't melt.

Bimini, I am sorry you had cat puke on your sheets and comforter. Ick. I just washed some throw rugs with same on them. Disgusting little beasts. Why can't they use the toilet?

Longest weekend ever! Hey yun's, I may be gone for a week or so helping my brother do tree work (and keeping my sanity). He's an AA addict but that's ok. We still fist-fought drunk as recently as 3 yrs ago--now we talk life and recovery. Anyhoo, I'm not runnin away--just taking a breather from the insanity in my house (wife's still drinkin). Best wishes to all.

I went out and wandered around a store this afternoon for a couple hours. Didn't buy anything. Spaghetti and salad for dinner. I have 3 calories left (that's right, three; I know it's all a guess, work with me here - I even use a digital food scale.)

I think I'll save them for some special treat. . .

Behan, lovely sun. We had it for most of the day. When I left work the temp had dropped 20 degrees. Hit the highway and the skies opened. Poured buckets for a good hour. Hard to see the road.

Now I'm sitting on my porch. My two cats are setting up a chorus of feline growling st another strange cat who suddenly appeared in my yard. Fluffy black, rust and white thing. Needs a brushing.
