I am still sober so day 3 for me. I had weirdest dream last night. I was back in my childhood home. There were all these bottles that I was hiding. The more I hid the more bottles were there to hide.... Weird!!!!

Then my mom comes and I hid them below the bed and they keep on popping out !!!!!

Anyways still with the June gang and stay sober week end gang proudly .

I found that my dreams are much more vivid and lucid when I got sober. I did dream journaling a lot my first year it wss a good morning practice

Dreams nightmares are very common in early sobriety awesome job on day 3 btw

The weird dreams will calm down the longer you stay sober bud

Yes weird dreams seem to be pretty commonplace in early recovery Good start. At least it means you are sleeping which is good as many people suffer from insomnia in the beginning
