15 weeks nailed!
Gone from a hopeless vodka dependent drunk, to a recovered alcoholic. Tomorrow will be 15 weeks!
I've been around friends who have been drinking in past 15 weeks and have jokingly had a 'sniff' of their drink lol. But no alcohol has touched my lips since 23rd February. I have no desire at all to drink and will never drink again.
Here's to the next 15 weeks!

good going on the 15 weeks .
I try to keep alcohol as far away from my mouth and nose as possible LoL
Other peoples drinking doesn't bother me until it does , then i always use my get out plan i have in place .

Congrats..... not saying i've gotten there yet but i felt turning the corner for me was when i genuinely appreciated/valued the condition of being sober more than the condition of being drunk (and its crappy after effects). Having a somewhat compulsive personality i'm going to run to one or the other but for me the sober life is infinitely more rewarding in its benefits.....
