Hello- Going Cold Turkey

I am new here.. Trying to recover from the addiction of daily consumption of few wine bottles , every evening.. Visited the doctor and worked out a detox plan as out patient. With the help of medicines he gave, I am going cold turkey tonight. Wish me good luck.

Made through 1st day .. Had nice dinner . Did not get much sleep . I had kept a huge jug of water near my bedside .. Drank the full jug , slowly through the night ..Feeling better now .
