Morning all (Friday) I'm on the bus.
I have an 'under the sea' party this weekend with a scatter of 4 year olds. Party food here I come.
I had a friend who died of cancer few years ago and he lost a lot of weight before he died.
He said he had found the secret to weight loss and he wanted to share it with the world.
Eat less.
Always makes me smile as I fiddle with the bathroom weighing scales to push the needle slightly in front of the zero.

Buenas tardes, gang.
Over towns, mountains, rain forests and banana fields and I've finally settled in down here in Costa Rica. It's been mega-hot the last few days, (35 C - 95 F) and today finally some relief with clouds. Hoping for some rain to be honest, could use an excuse to just sit here on the porch with coffee for a few hours. Of course I've been spending time in the Caribbean Sea, warm as a bathtub and turquoise blue waters are good for the body, mind, and soul. Keeping it very Zen, biked 20K yesterday on a rusty beach cruiser...easier said than done! Well worth it. Haven't busted out the camera much yet, as I am more focused on living the moment in reality as opposed to capturing it on a digital camera. Some pix from the little Cessna (not an Otter!) I took with 2 other passengers the other day:

Mesa that is what I call a door! Those grey tubes must be the hydraulics to open and close the thing. I would be a bit worried about being shut in though lol.
Under the sea party sounds like a great idea, I have not heard of one of those before.
Ruby/HappyAF Weekdays the market is not too overcrowded, you can see from the pics it's not too bad. Weekends a different matter of course
BigSomb that sounds awesome, I especially like the pic from the porch, it looks like something out of a Graham Green novel (except there's no booze in your photo)

Ok! Finally the weather is good enough for some skydive re-currency training on Sat. So exciting. I'm finally going to pick back up one of the things i used to enjoy the most before alcohol took it away. I'll give the sky a high 5 for every one on the weekend bus.

Trees- I have a digital scale so I just hop on and off till I get a lower number. Works every time lol
My nephews bday is this weekend. I get to see some family I haven't seen in awhile so that's exciting. Going to take a friend out to dinner tomorrow night...just playing catch up otherwise
