Food and drink
As well as water x I drink hot water with lemon x I eat lots of salad and fish x anyone got any food at drink that detoxes the liver x

I had low iron & B12 readings so it was lots of green veg for me (not detoxing as such)

Cranberry juice or blueberry juice is rich in antioxidants but the truth is the liver takes time to repair itself and if your not drinking your liver will do the rest keep on drinking water aswell
