Peace & Blessings True Seekers,

Say, have you also heard the even quick thoughts about drugs, or picking-up, causes mental and physical "craving and withdrawal" reaction?

For example just reading the following words may trigger such thoughts: drink some beer, pour some booze, lite some dope, take a pill, relax get high. . .

For me these words often trigger a "craving withdrawal reaction" . That's unpleasant, like sitting down to a meal, but its then taken away.

Even though I know I'm not going to actually use. Just such thoughts cause me a "mini-withdrawal reaction". . . Well, I want a pleasant, fun, joyful, productive, and fulfilled life.. Without distracting unpleasant thoughts.

Sober is best. I'm done with abusing, or even thinking about it. So I ask you all please not to mention that to me again.

Lets please talk of new lives. Wise, strong, ambitious, joyful, free, grateful, smart, and blessed; now and forever.

Hi.
The training I got was the first drink would get me drunk, I tried to prove that wrong and failed. Ever since my ego was deflated I’ve been in good hands.
