I'm back for a second try
I also hit the junk food hard the first two or three weeks. It's starting to get a little better though. In fact, I went grocery shopping today and didn't buy a single thing that I'd consider "junk food." Of course I'm not saying there aren't still a few junky tidbits stashed in my kitchen from earlier. Right now, my focus is still on not drinking. I'm sure other healthier habits will come in time.
Thanks casey. I'm still really sick unfortunately. Happy to not be drinking though because it always makes you feel 100 times worse. I've just woken up to day 13. Looking forward to hitting a month now. Doesn't feel unrealistic
Congrats on Day 13, that was my favorite number as a kid, everyone thought it was unluck, but there was something about 13 that I liked.
