Sweating at 2 Weeks

I've been sober 2 weeks today. I exercise every day by walking almost 2 hours daily. I'm really exhausted and still sweating alot even though its not that hot out. Is this normal?

I would sweat for a couple of weeks or so.

It's good to get all of the toxins out!🐯

Thank goodness for AC.
I was soaking the sheets at night even with the room cold with air conditioning.

I sweat for about 6 weeks.

Thanks for all of your responses. I just did some searching on line about this and read that toxins are stored in cellulite. Once you start moving and losing weight your body tries to get rid of them. I'm so early into recovering that it really could be a number of things.
So glad to be free of the poison!

2 weeks is a little longer than usual, but nothing to be concerned about.

And yes, those toxins love to live in tons of places throughout your body. They quite like hanging out in your lymph nodes too.

I sweated pretty heavily for the first month then it went away. At 11 months I sweat as much or as little as someone who's never had a drink in their life.

When I was drinking i had a sheen of sweat on my face all the time, including in cold weather. If I did something physical, even like cleaning the house, it was insane how much I sweated. So gross! Thank god that went away.
