Maybe add some light exercise to your routine to get your body moving. Eating something healthier. I have more energy if I'm moving around. It's just hard to get started sometimes. Start small and work from there. Well done on 5 weeks.
Congratulations! I'm on day 33 and fatigue is an issue with me too. I've started to walk more and it's hard because I want to eat a lot. I do feel better after a nice walk. It's not fast but I'm building up endurance.
I agree with exercise. It has the added benefit of helping with anxiety and irritability.
When I was newly sober I couldn't sleep more than three hours at a time without getting some exercise. A brisk walk for 30 minutes seemed to be enough.
