A new good book

Hi,
Life's been very challenging the last few months-my sisters doing great though! Answer to prayer! Been feeling wobbly though as got a stressful job where the general conditions are worse and my mum has now been in hospital for a major op(surely life must get easier soon!). It's like I give up alcohol and all hell breaks loose!
As I was feeling wobbly I bought a new book-"How Igave up alcohol and lived). It's great, very real and thought provoking.
I now feel more resolve again-I think I need a bit of 'me' time soon.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've been trying to build up a little recovery library for those potentially long nights.

Congratulations on getting through the wobble LFC . It always seems that life tries it's hardest to test our sobriety
