campral (acomprosate) can be good for cravings as its meant to numb the craving receptors in the brain... i found the only symptom i had while on it was weight gain, it did help with cravings though

Yes, I definitely felt achy and exhausted. We've put our bodies through so much torture. Everything got better though, including the sleeplessness.
