a higher purpose in life
 

He fellow recoveree's,
I saw my therapist again last night, he suggested working on a higher purpose in life along with higher power, acceptance and gratitude. Tuesday I'm taking the Narcan course at a hospital, it's where they teach you how to use the opioad reversal kit, it's like an epi pen that you stab someone with that's od'ing. I hope to bring my friend with me, and then while i was soaking in the hot tub this am i thought, why not try and get other addicts to attend as well (one at a time), they have the course once a month at this particular hospital. I could actually make a difference sooner or later, and that would help me feel better.

oh, today makes 30 days btw.
