Hi 7NTxx, hopefully you can nip it in the bud pretty soon. You can quit right now and drink plenty of water.

That's what we do-
I don't mean to sound d flippant. Most of us have several setbacks in our sobriety. It's ok. What can you do differently next time ? How can you get back on track?

I used to do that because I was addicted to alcohol and I didn't know how to deal with it effectively.

There are many paths to happy sober living, but none of them lead through 8 cans of Stella. Pour any remaining beer out and start looking for your path tomorrow.

You can do this.

You've got to want to be sober more than you want to drink.

At some piont it will start to steal away jobs, hobbies and friends. Quit while you still have something left. 8 beers and not really drunk but pissed off is a big red flag. Hope you do something soon.

When you find sobriety, you won't feel so lost. Rooting for you!

Sometimes there's no reason 7NTxx. Addiction is illogical.
I found out if I really wanted change I had to work for it.

have you thought of what a recovery plan for you might look like?
