Battled my AV......

all afternoon today and I won, going to bed sober for another day!

I had a lovely day despite the inner debate. Went to the beach, took the kids to see Mad Max. Had a nice dinner and finished watching House of Cards!! Holy crap what a tense season finale.

I'm glad that I didn't cave. Madness that I have to battle against my own mind about something that brings me such misery.

Hope everyone had a good day too.
