4 days today.
 

3pm 4 days sober and no smoking cigarettes. Just been very moody so far. Almost caved yesterday went to my parents my father was drinking beers since 8 in the morning and chain smoking . But I stayed the course . Feeling pretty tired today but have a lot more energy then usual.

Sounds like it might be a good idea to steer clear of your dad's house as much as you can if drinking at 8 in the morning is the norm there.
