Inspiration List for the Day

I was inspired by someone's list earlier this week, so I decided to follow suit.
1) Finalize plan to get my finances back on track, I started this Friday. I canceled unnecessary things, switched to direct tv from cable, which sill save almost $150 a month!!! Signed up to work with a company to pay odd debt at a reasonable amount each month, and in four years should be debt free.
2) Go for a short walk, I pulled something in my back Thursday, which at first they thought was the beginning of a heart attach due to high blood pressure and chest pain, nothing like leaving work in an ambulance, so we shall see how that walk goes.
3) Go for a massage, I have been paying for them monthly and never get there. I canceled my membership (as part of my financial plan) and now have until July 9th to use them or lose them.
4) Sit outside with the kids in the yard, or maybe go to the park.
5) Read, one of my very favorite things to do. I am currently reading "Ten Beach Road."
6) Calll my mom, although she lives far away we still speak daily.
7) Let my husband know how much I appreciate him, and the fact that he took the next two days off to be with me because he has been worried that I have been anxious.
8) Make sure to enjoy all of the little things about the day.

Since I can't come up with a top ten list it doesn't look like I will be in the runningbfornDave Letterman's job, but hope you all have a wonderful day. :ham4

My biggest inspiration to stay sober is my critters' well being. My dogs and cats are my kids now and their health and happiness is very important to me.

I love to walk my dogs and do it many times a day just for the fun of it. :)

Their happiness is my reward for living sober. :)

I love the plan! Financial worries can be such a huge source of stress, it's awesome you're being proactive in alleviating that stress.

Sorry to hear about your back troubles but glad to hear it wasn't a heart attack!

Don't worry about having ten items on there. Eight is enough!

Thanks Casey, I am going to stick with the eight, although the walk is still a little iffy, it may be more of a shuffle with my back!

What a great plan Della.

Just stopping drinking saves quite a lot of money on top of everything else ( at least it did for me).

Hope your back pain and BP gets better soon
