Day 3

Now THIS is an odd feeling to have at 6:30 in the morning!

gettingsmarter 05-23-2015 04:25 AM

Would this odd feeling be being sober and not hungover.?

JaneLane 05-23-2015 04:26 AM

Feeling good and ready for the day? I used to hate mornings!

Instead of going to sleep feeling good you wake feeling good. I am definitely liking that more than the other option.

BoutDamnTime 05-23-2015 04:44 AM

Alert? Unheard of!

And apparently it is traditional to eat in the morning. Omelet! Ok, attempted omelet, but darn good anyway.

gettingsmarter 05-23-2015 04:48 AM

That's awesom BDT. Ya it's funny. There actually is something humans do in the morning, eat.

BoutDamnTime 05-23-2015 04:48 AM

And just like that, omelet gone and I'm still hungry. I wolfed it down like a half-starved puppy. I neever eat breakfast.

CaseyW 05-23-2015 09:06 AM

It is a great feeling to wake up not full of last night's regrets, isn't it?

P.S. I think some people call that food you eat early in the morning "breakfast."

biminiblue 05-23-2015 09:16 AM

Early sobriety is a hungry time. I ate all the food and then some.

Nutrition wasn't high on the agenda when drinking.

Burst of energy. Fixing everything not nailed down. Get this damn elephant out of the living room and I'd even sweep under the couch....

Hawkeye13 05-23-2015 10:32 AM

Glad to see you are doing so well ABT :)

It is a great feeling, isn't it?
