Headaches
 

I'm 8 days sober my sleep patterns r all over the place which was expected but I've had a terrible headache for 4 days and nothing helps my appetite is better than ever actually too good I'm eating all the time but im keeping a close eye on my weight and I'm keeping active around the house inside and out so where r these headaches coming from they r painful

I'd suggest seeing a doctor if the headaches persist for too long.

Headaches in early recovery are not uncommon but as Scott says it might be an idea to sea a doctor.

Drink plenty of water too
