hmm I'm not sure what to say...i know something needs to change so here i am, looking for advice i guess, i am a terrible binge drinker and i lose memory and do and say things that i would never do when sober..even lies about myself, i kept telling myself "I'm not an alcoholic"
because i could go weeks at a time without drinking...but its when i put that first drink to my lips i know it wont end well and i still do it...SO it's time to be honest with myself and quit.

Hi Dymelza, I'm a binge drinker too, but the semblance of control that we have between binges only serves to perpetuate the self destruction in my mind. Good luck and read around, lots of eye opening stories about bingeing on here

It may not be easy but it's very possible Dymelza - support helps a lot and there's tons of that here :)
