I'm like you, AO, in this. Acute stress, crises, traumatic experiences were never very triggering for me. It's when I'm feeling the best and everything seems to be in order.

Also, I relate to the weirdness of how feeling good feels. I had hard time with that in early sobriety, guess I was so used to self-destructive acts, obsessions, anxiety and "digging in dirt" that feeling good and relaxed was unfamiliar.
