Great post. Life is so much simpler without alcohol. Not easy by any stretch but going through life as an active drunk is like playing chess blindfolded, you have no chance to win or succeed.

6 months - something to be so proud of Strategery. We share your joy and hope for the future. I fought against quitting because I saw it as losing something - but as you point out, it's actually holding us back. I'm so glad we got free.
