Feeling depressed

Yeah, I am depressed this morning. It came out of nowhere. Tired of this roller coaster of emotions. I'm guessing that I am stuck on this ride for a while though, so I better make sure I am buckled in tightly. It's one of those days where I just want to be alone and not have to face the world at all today.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Yea the emotions can be tough to handle sometimes.
But that's why I had to quit I never wanted to deal with emotions. We're better off this way.
I find alittle exercise makes me happy. Have a good day

Hang in there LS. You're doing well. Exercise helps with the emotions. They will get more stable with time and as your body recovers.

Early recovery can be a roller coaster of emotions for a while, but it will pass. Stay strong and sober. It will get better.

The good thing about recovery is that we have bad days not bad weeks or months - hope the low mood lifted for you LS
