Hi all,
I wanted to start a thread about sleep problems...
While drinking l fell asleep really easily (more like passing out), but since l stopped l have real trouble falling asleep Nd end up being sleep deprived all the time, especially hard because l have a child and can't just turn off...
Anyone having similar problems??
