Hi from leb 4 months sober
 

Hi everyone,

Just checking in to let you know that I'm still doing ok- 4 months now

I havn't really tested my ability to socialise in an "alcohol" situation. I feel like getting out and about but I guess I'm a little scared that a sudden impulse to drink will grab me and I won't be able to resist.

I think this is just part of my catastrophising which I'm very good at.

I'm still doing my walking and weights every 2nd day and still getting a buzz from that.

Its winter here now so I can always hibernate for a few weeks if all else fails. Thinking of you all, Stay strong. :exercise1
