finally saw a shrink
 

The unrest is still happening & word is it will get worse this summer .. So I have a small window to get down to clinic to get help for my pain. Its slowly moving forward ...

Yea, it was pretty helpful prescribed something I'm Leary of, but I have a good track record of taking as needed & not abusing scripts... He was supposed to be a 1 time visit then referral, but drops hints he wants to continue cause my case was "interesting" LoL

As for the summer; no they're founded. It's gonna get ugly here. Its still "in the air" & even yesterday I had comments stated to me b\c the color of my skin & where I was ....

Thanx all; I needed to "beg" yesterday b\c his initial dose knocked me on my but; that's b\c I was a basketcase when I saw him. Spent today running much needed errands for mom. So weekend there is no office hours; but gives me time to gather notes & things I don't wanna forget before I go to ground zero for my physical issues. I'm having a moral dilemma though I wish not to post @ this time. But anyone, especially familiar w\ my situation will pm me so I can bounce it off them, please feel free. Thanx All for putting up w\ my BS.
