Screwed up, again!!

Why can't I get passed 2 weeks!! Feeling really pee'd off with myself!!
When I decided to stop smoking I just did, never picked another one up. Why can't it be that easy to give this up? :-(

You can get past 2 weeks you gotta learn to reach out better to expose the AV on the page

Did you play the tape - to see that it wouldnt be worth it

I would advise writing up a plan of action for your sobriety asap

& Always always reach out first just post that your AV is telling you all sorts & your experiencing urges & cravings it really will help

I know I need to post on here a lot more. It's too easy to think "I'm fine, Ive managed so far & I can do this on my own" Obviously I'm not & I can't.

Ive got the app on my phone too so it's not like I can't post anytime!!

Had a good chat with hubby about changing things around and making this time work better.

Thanks Wolfie :-)

The fight to give up alcohol was like no other fight I've had - you need to give it all you have. You'll get back from your recovery what you put in Pudsyh.

Have you thought any on what you might add to what you've been doing to stay sober this time?

HI.
That’s the kind of thinking that far too many have and as a result are still drinking because they don’t realize the powerful, baffling, cunning and insidious effects of alcohol. We at times think we’re unique as opposed to being terminally unique.
Many think that relapses are part of getting sober. The sorry thing is relapses create more misery and deaths than anything we face.

It gets to be that we need to want to be sober than we want to drink.

BE WELL
