Hello everyone!
I wish everyeone a strong day. Its that one holiday were alcohol sales go up and we will all not contribute to that. Please try not to. Avoid the bars, i know i even have to avoid most of my friends/acquaintances too,but its what I myself must do,do what you need to. Remember that tomorrow we dont need to go through another withdrawal, we dont need to loose more friends,or have bruises from falling or ending up in a hospital or worse, we need to stay strong and fight,we need to add another day sober,because for a lot of us even just another hour is a lot but imagine another day. I know its somewhat easy to say but harder to do,who better to underatand each other than us because we are all here for one reason and we've all gone through it all. Celebrate today because you survived it not because its a holiday that is not even celebrated for what it truly is. You are worth it. Please come here & reach out or anywhere that helps you, I know I will be on here reading and commenting.
