Thanks for asking. With a new resolve and feeling the support from this thread I'm doing really well. Important thing for me rather than to white knuckle it.... is to replace the bad habit with a good one. Getting my fitness membership back in place and trying to guard myself in my personal weak time of 6-8pm at night. Usually if i can stay clean during that time i'm good for the night. I'm sure as all of us can relate a trigger for me is a long hard stress filled day at the office and the weakness of wanting that first drink afterwards as soon as possible. Trying to constructively come up with ways to guard against that. Thanks again for asking!!
