Its almost 9:30 PM on day 2.
managed to get outside for a walk earlier, shaking and itching all over as I went but the colours seemed brighter and everything seemed more alive.
Today has been a bit of a blur but thankyou for the messages of support.
Got some serious cravings right now and that ridiculous voice inside me telling me I should have a drink.
That voice is NOT going to win.
Still here, still fighting.

Great stuff Laska
I'm not giving medical advice and if it continues or is troublesome then see a doctor .............
but now you say it I remember I itched loads on and off in the first few days - I found over the counter allergy tablets that I bought at a supermarket (antihistamines) to be really helpful .
That voice inside your head will soon quieten down - congratulations on day 2

Rooting for you Laska! My only tips for the beginning are stay hydrated, eat plenty if you're up for it, sleep whenever you can and whenever things get tough do not hesitate to post on here. You can do this!

11:15 am on day number 3.
Slept a slightly bit better last night, woke up to find my face looking less red and puffy already.
Still shaking, headache etc but anxiety not as bad.
Drinking a cup of tea and preparing for whatever this third day throws at me.
Thanks for all the support - this place is amazing.

Sober, slept slightly better last night but today my brain is fogged - feeling so irritable and somewhat aggressive (not like me, I'm known for being ultra chilled)
Please someone tell me this wont last??

Hey there L, you're doing good. Congratulations on day four. It won't last, it will pass sooner than you think.
