Today phone messages;
-Come to the Marina, my friends were having drinks, etc...... -No I am not drinking.... -Does not mater just come to see us, do not have to take anything... but they do not understand I can not go near it!!!

I really should Not keep in touch with them...
But so many years of friendship....
Plus at the bottom I know I do not want to loose my contacts either...If you understand…So I said another day... and shouldn’t!

Then I go I look down the balcony and I see a bloke smoking pot in the park just bellow me...

Tomorrow morning breakfast with a friend, she does not smoke in front of me, she smokes before we meet up, and knows I quit all, but I know I can say give me some… and I get nervous…
After I got the paint workshop party, they all drink like fish. So I am taking coca-cola to the party

On Sunday the family communion: my dad will get drunk, my brother angry and I protecting my mum, and what ever you do not drink…

By Sunday evening I will be going up the walls!!!
If I had something to strive for it would be so much easier
I would not care if I see or are offered!!!
9 months and still my head is going on and on

HI I got through today! Not a Drop Not a Smoke Not a Pill....
I was tempted tonight to pop in my friends house but I can not go near...

Lets see how my dad behaves tomorrow...
At chrismas he could not even put the seat belt on!!!

But I am not sure I can keep on much longer...
I have appointment next week with psico, I am wearing out!

I did not drink at all!!!
I got the banquet and sat in front of the wine bottles, even got pressured to have a spirits, again and again...
and just kept saying Zero Coke PLEASE!!!

My mum had an unpleasant incident with my dad as usual
but I was not at the time to stop him… Luckily he behaved in public and left...
